The Scenarios session in Herøya and Malpensa Living labs

The context in which the Multimodal Traffic Management (MTM) concept can be deployed is at the heart of the ORCHESTRA project. That is why the workshops held in Herøya and Malpensa devoted a one-hour session to the needed requirements, the gaps to fill up, and the barriers to overcome. The target visions for passenger and freight transport are illustrated below.

After an intense brainstorming between the project partners and practitioners, we refined our first hypothesis about the data sharing and management, the core issue for Orchestra, and collected new ones about the acceptance and business models of the MTM.  

A synthesis of the implementation scenarios to reach the MTM target vision will soon be available.
